     Thousands of Haitian demonstrators run through the streets of
     downtown Port-Au-Prince Sunday after hearing the news that
     embattled President Aristide fled the country. Aristide arrived
     in the Dominican Republic Sunday after resigning and fleeing
     his country, according to Dominican government officials.
     Haitians commandeer a bulldozer in downtown Port Au Prince
     on Feb. 29. Thousands of looters and pro-Aristide followers
     took to the streets on the news that embattled President Jean
     Bertrand Aristide resigned and fled the country. Aristide
     arrived in the Dominican Republic on Sunday.
