FARC rebels blow up two electric power line towers in Colombia
Bogota, Nov 2 --(EFE)-- Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia
(FARC)
guerrillas blew up two electric power line towers in Colombia's
northeastern Norte
de Santander province, military spokesmen said.
As a result of the damage, electricity was cut off for several
hours Monday in an
area near the Venezuelan border.
The bombing was attributed to the Mariscal Antonio Jose de Sucre
Front, a FARC
unit.
