MIAMI, June 23 (UPI)-Seybourn H. Lynne, Federal District judge, levied $100 fines and five-year probation terms today against each of the twenty-three Cubans who were caught in the Florida Keys attempting to ship firearms to rebel forces of Fidel Castro in Cuba. The defendants changed their pleas of innocent to guilty.
