Cuban National Liberation Front
The FLNC, anti-Castro Cuban terrorist group active in bombings against Cuban consulates a year ago, is back in operation - this time together with a contingent of Bay of Pigs veterans.
Their latest communique says naval units from both groups seriously damaged a Russian ship, with explosive devices and machine gun fire Feb. 12, 35 miles northeast of Cuba's central region of Puerto de Sagua, Las Villas Province. Felipe Rodon signed the note - mailed in Miami.
Havana Radio and U.S. officials haven't confirmed the alleged attack.
